Get Help. Report Safely. Be Supported
If you see something or experience something personally that doesn’t feel right — whether it involves yourself, a child, an adult, or someone you’re concerned about — you can report it here anonymously.
We review every report, conduct ethical research when needed, and share actionable information with law enforcement to help protect those at risk.

What is SIGNAL RESPONSE?
SIGNAL RESPONSE is the advocacy and support arm of The Red Flags Rescue Project.
We operate an anonymous tipline where anyone can report red flags involving abuse, predators, grooming, trafficking, and other dangerous situations. We review reports, conduct ethical open-source research when needed, and work with law enforcement to help protect those at risk.
Beyond reporting, we also provide direct support to help people escape such situations and get the resources they need before, during, and after getting out — including advocacy, court support, practical assistance and so much more.
There is NO LIMIT to the meaningful change SIGNAL RESPONSE can provide.
