The Red Flags Rescue Project is a registered nonprofit that currently encompasses two distinct programs.

--> Signal Response operates an anonymous tipline, 

conducts ethical open-source intelligence (OSINT), 

builds professional case files, and delivers actionable intelligence directly to law enforcement.

It also provides direct support to help children and adults escape dangerous situations and receive the resources they need before, during, and after getting out.

With a strong focus on protecting children from abuse, exploitation, and harm, and a broad dedication to community safety, rescue efforts, and giving a voice to the voiceless.

--> Through Matthew’s Mission, we also help families who have lost loved ones to homicide or missing persons cases by covering travel for memorials, closure, and court proceedings when they otherwise couldn’t afford it and providing follow up support and advocacy.

Our work focuses on protecting the vulnerable, advocating for justice, and giving a voice to the voiceless.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Red Flags Rescue Project exists to give every victim and community member a voice — especially children who often have the fewest ways to speak up.

We operate an independent anonymous tipline and use ethical open-source intelligence (OSINT) to receive reports, investigate red flags, build professional case files, and deliver actionable intelligence directly to law enforcement. We also provide advocacy and supports for those escaping situations of abuse. 

Through Matthew's Mission we support families of the missing and those lost to homicide. Providing access to advocacy and travel to court proceedings, locations where remains are found, memorial sites, and more. 

Our work focuses on protecting children and adults from sexual abuse, CSAM, physical abuse, grooming, trafficking, and other harms, while providing accessible reporting options for everyone — including low-tech and non-verbal methods. We are building an organization that will grow to support broader rescue efforts and community safety initiatives as we expand.

We believe no one should suffer in silence and justice should be FOR ALL. We turn red flags into real protection and justice.
